Agora's Lockbox Security System ensures that your lockbox combination or smart lock code is never exposed publicly or sent via insecure SMS. Instead, PIN codes are stored encrypted and released to your verified cleaner strictly within a 15-minute operational arrival window.
Step-by-Step Web Guide
1. Open Access Management
Go to search.agora.cleaning/properties/ and select Edit Access Details on your property.
2. Enter Secure Lockbox Details
Specify the physical lockbox location and enter the combination PIN.
3. Enable 15-Minute Window Protection
Ensure the 15-Minute Countdown Protection toggle is active (enabled by default).
