Agora uses a predictive room-by-room calculation algorithm designed to provide transparent, accurate time estimates for domestic and commercial cleaning jobs. Our duration engine calibrates industry baseline times per room (Kitchen: 60 mins [45–90m], Bathroom: 45 mins, Bedroom: 20 mins [15–30m], Living Area: 20 mins [15–30m], Hallways & Entryways: 20 mins) alongside service depth multipliers and optional 2-person team dispatching that cuts on-site clock time in half.
Step-by-Step Web Guide
1. Launch Web Estimation Wizard
Navigate to search.agora.cleaning and click the Room Calculator & Estimation Wizard banner on the home search page.
2. Select Property Type & Postal Code
Choose your property setup (e.g. 2-Bed Flat, 3-Bed Detached House) and input your postal code for local rate calibration.
3. Adjust Calibrated Room Breakdown
Specify your rooms using industry-calibrated baselines: Kitchen (60 mins [45–90m]), Bathroom (45 mins), Bedroom (20 mins [15–30m]), Living Area (20 mins [15–30m]), and Hallways & Entryways (20 mins).
4. Select Clean Multiplier & Add-Ons
Choose between Routine (1.0x), First-Time Visit (1.5x), Deep Clean (2.0x), or End of Tenancy (2.25x), and add optional items like oven descaling or interior windows.
