We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and property address when you create an account or book a clean.

We also collect transactional logs, before-and-after checklist photos uploaded for quality inspection, and device telemetry when using our web portal or mobile applications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to match you with nearby independent cleaners, facilitate secure lockbox scheduling, process payments via Stripe escrow vaults, send service notifications, and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Security & Encryption

We implement industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption, restricted role-based database access, and secure tokenization to safeguard your information at rest and in transit.

4. Data Sharing & Processors

Data is only shared with authenticated service providers booked for your scheduled clean (e.g. property postcode and lockbox instructions during scheduled hours) and essential cloud infrastructure partners (e.g. Stripe for payments, Firebase for auth).

5. Your UK GDPR Rights

Under UK data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. You can execute account deletion requests directly at /delete-account/.

6. Data Retention

We retain booking records and invoice receipts as necessary to comply with UK statutory accounting, tax, and legal liability obligations.
