We prioritize your data privacy. If you wish to delete your Agora account and erase your personal data, you can submit a request below.
Important NoticeAccount deletion is permanent. Once completed, your profile, active bookings, preferences, and saved details cannot be recovered.
How Your Data is Handled
Personal Information
Your name, email, phone number, saved addresses, and profile metadata are permanently deleted from our primary servers within 30 days of request receipt.
Financial & Audit Records
Transaction histories, invoices, and payouts processed through Stripe are anonymized and retained in compliance with applicable tax and financial audit regulations.
Third-Party Services
Associated data stored in connected sub-processors (e.g. Firebase Auth, PostHog, Stripe) is deleted or de-identified according to their respective privacy standards.
