Agora OS supports two distinct CleanerTeam configurations alongside 1-to-1 Standby Partners: (1) Self-Managed Peer Co-Ops (SELF_MANAGED) for husband-and-wife duos and equal co-cleaning partners who want 100% transparent job quotes, equal schedule autonomy, and configurable payout split percentages (e.g. 50/50) while keeping personal bank/Stripe IDs private; and (2) Organised Crews (ORGANISED) for coordinator-led multi-cleaner businesses where Team Leads and Dispatchers manage schedules and CleanerTeam RBAC masks client invoice totals and net payouts from MEMBER field staff.
Step-by-Step Web Guide
1. Choose Your Team Operating Mode
Navigate to search.agora.cleaning/profile/ > Team Management, select Self-Managed Peer Co-Op (SELF_MANAGED) or Organised Crew (ORGANISED), and click Create CleanerTeam.
2. Invite Team Members & Configure Splits or RBAC Roles
In SELF_MANAGED mode, invite peer co-cleaners (MEMBER) and set optional payoutSplitPercent shares (e.g. 50%). In ORGANISED mode, assign Team Lead (full financial & billing access), Dispatcher (rota & job assignment), or Team Member (payout-masked checklist & arrival mode).
3. Verify Financial Visibility & Payout Masking
Self-Managed Peer Co-Op members see 100% of job quotes and peer splits while personal Stripe bank details stay private. Organised Crew members see only their assigned shift duration, room checklist, and property access instructions.
4. Dispatch Multi-Cleaner Crews
Assign 2-person or multi-person crews to large deep cleans or end-of-tenancy jobs to cut on-site clock time in half.
