Our Commitment
Agora (Ethereal Technologies) is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking using a zero-tolerance approach from within our business and supply chains. We acknowledge our responsibilities in relation to tackling modern slavery and commit to complying with the provisions in the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our Structure and Supply Chains
We are a technology company operating a platform that connects service providers with customers. We do not directly employ the service providers, who operate as independent contractors. However, we take steps to ensure that our platform is not used to facilitate exploitation.
Due Diligence
We undertake due diligence when on-boarding new suppliers and service providers. This includes identity verification and right-to-work checks where applicable.
Reporting
We encourage all our staff, customers, and other business partners to report any concerns related to activities designed to be part of our operations or supply chain.
